Head Brewer

Páidí cut his brewing teeth in our brewery a full decade before Original 7 Beverage Co came to be! He then moved to the Docklands Brewery for a couple of years before a stint with another Cork City brewery. He couldn’t stay away for long though, he returned to head our brewing team and never looked back! Now with 3 World Beer Award Medals in our first year, as well as a finalist in Blas Na HÉireann, we sure are glad that Páidí came home!
